Lane brings over a decade of real estate experience following a career as a TV news reporter.   • Document Management: We collect, review, and file all necessary documents, track tasks and deadlines, and notify you of any outstanding required documents.
  • Compliance and Deadlines: We calculate and track all deadlines, contingencies, notices, and addendums, follow up on earnest money deposits, confirm mortgage commitments and clear-to-close status, and ensure receipt of HOA or condo documents.
  • Inspections and Closings: We confirm inspection schedules, coordinate title orders and clear-to-close statuses, review commission statements, and ensure closing checklists are completed.

As the Regional Vice President, Tammy oversees 11 offices and 1,200 agents from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs.

With 28 years of experience in real estate, Tammy has consistently demonstrated her passion for inspiring and coaching brokers to build successful careers. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Western State Colorado University and has been active in the real estate industry since 1997.

Tammy believes that strong relationships are the heart of effective leadership, both at work and at home. A proud Denver native, she married her high school sweetheart, and together with their five adult children and four grandkids, life is always a whirlwind of excitement! In her free time, Tammy loves nothing more than hitting the beach, traveling to new places, and enjoying quality moments with her family and their spoiled rescue dog, Haley.

As the Success Coach Supervisor for Coldwell Banker Colorado, Jenny Mitts brings a wealth of experience and dedication to supporting real estate agents across all offices along the Front Range. With over six years at Coldwell Banker, Jenny has grown from assisting a few agents to leading the Success Coach team since 2024.

Jenny's journey began with the creation of the Success Coach position in 2020, and she has been pivotal in its development and expansion. A proud Colorado native and University of Colorado at Boulder alumna (Go Buffs!), Jenny moved to Denver in 2024 and has been passionately building the Success Coach team ever since.

The Success Coach role at Coldwell Banker is unique, offering personalized one-on-one coaching and support to real estate agents. Our team focuses on enhancing agents' business development skills, marketing strategies, and overall productivity, leading to increased sales and career success.
